Some Food

These are some pictures I came across today that I wanted to share.

I’ve been baking recently.  I bought the book, “Baked, New Frontiers in Baking” by Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito.  So far, everything we’ve made from the book turned out great.  These are Banana Espresso Chocolate Chip Muffins…

I also made Chipotle Cheddar Biscuits.  Very yummy.

Here’s something you all might hate, but Hubbard and I happen to love…

Fried Chicken Livers!

And finally, another pizza on the grill…

Marinara sauce w/ mozzarella, Jimmy’s sausage, pepperoni and green onion.  I believe there was a little shredded Monterrey Jack on that one, too.

  2. Those biscuits look great. My husband would kill for me to make him biscuits like that. I think I’ll use that as a bribe later on down the road. Might come in handy.

  4. That is a GREAT cookbook. I’ had it about 6 months and every single thing I’ve made from it has gotten rave reviews. I’ve been making the chocolate chip pumpking loaf to give as hostess gifts for holiday parties, and everyone loves them and begs for more!

  10. I’ll post it. It’s really easy and flavorful. And I’m no baker. Yours would likely be better!
